    My Approach

    I use a collaborative and solution-focused approach to help clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create an evidence based plan of action to aid in accomplishing goals. I implement a mix of Rogerian, Cognitive Behavioral, Logotherapy and Internal Family Systems interventions to help clients identify and overcome obstacles.  Every client is unique and deserves a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs; which is something we will explore during our initial session. I look forward to meeting you!

    My Qualifications

    I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University, a CACREP accredited program, in 2024, and my Bachelors in Psychology, with a minor in marriage and family relationships, from Arizona State University. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and have been researching and working in the mental health field for 10 years and 6 years in career counseling. I founded Kimberly Therapy in 2026 and have experience working with all populations, but specialize in helping young women cope with life transitions, healing parent-child relationships, and coping with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My Catholic faith guides my practice and allows me to uphold the disposition of servant leadership with my clients. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, exploring new restaurants, and spending time on the water.
